Depending on how you interact with Last Horizon Tattoo, we may collect personal information including:

Details relating to your tattoo enquiry or appointment, including your tattoo ideas, preferred placement and size, reference images and any other information you choose to provide.
Booking and appointment information, including booking deposits and payment records.
Information provided when completing a tattoo consent form, including relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication or other health information where this may affect whether tattooing can be carried out safely.
Records of communications between you and Last Horizon Tattoo relating to your enquiry, booking or appointment.
Information you provide if you choose to sign up to receive marketing emails or other communications from Last Horizon Tattoo.
Tattoo Enquiries & Bookings
Last Horizon Tattoo uses GetInk to manage tattoo enquiries, bookings and appointment information.
When you submit an enquiry or make a booking, GetInk may collect and store information such as your name, email address, telephone number, date of birth, tattoo ideas, placement and sizing information, reference images and appointment details.
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, manage your appointment, communicate with you about your booking and provide the tattoo services you have requested.
GetInk also provides a separate option to sign up to marketing communications. Choosing whether or not to receive marketing does not affect your ability to make an enquiry or book an appointment.
Consent Forms & Health Information
The consent form may collect personal information including your name, contact details, date of birth and information about relevant medical conditions, allergies, medication or other health information that may affect whether tattooing can be carried out safely.
Health information is considered special category personal data under UK data protection law and is handled with additional care. We only request information that is relevant to carrying out your tattoo safely and appropriately.
Following your appointment, Stabpad may use your email address to automatically send you information relating to your tattoo, including aftercare instructions and a copy of your completed consent documentation.
Copies of completed consent forms may also be sent to and securely retained within Last Horizon Tattoo’s business Google email account for record-keeping purposes.
Payments
Last Horizon Tattoo uses third-party payment providers to securely process booking deposits and other payments.
Online booking deposit payments are processed through Stripe via our booking system. Where Klarna is requested as a payment option, relevant information may also be processed by Klarna in order to provide its payment services.
Last Horizon Tattoo does not receive or store your full debit or credit card details when payments are processed through these providers.
Stripe and Klarna process personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and data protection obligations.
Email Communications & Marketing
Last Horizon Tattoo uses MailerLite to manage email communications and marketing.
If you choose to sign up to receive marketing communications, your contact information may be added to MailerLite and used to send occasional emails about tattoo information, studio news, appointment availability and other relevant updates.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link provided within the email.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending essential emails relating to an existing enquiry, booking or appointment, including appointment information or tattoo aftercare.
How We Use Your Information
We use the personal information we collect where necessary to manage and provide our services, including to:
Respond to tattoo enquiries and communicate with you about your ideas.
Manage bookings, appointments and booking deposits.
Prepare for and carry out your tattoo appointment.
Complete and maintain appropriate consent and client records.
Assess relevant information that may affect whether tattooing can be carried out safely.
Send appointment information, consent documentation and tattoo aftercare.
Process payments.
Maintain appropriate business and financial records.
Respond to questions, requests or concerns.
Manage client relationships and, where you have chosen to receive them, send marketing communications.
We only use personal information for the purposes for which it was collected or where we have another lawful reason to use it.
How Your Information Is Stored & Protected
Personal information may be stored electronically using the trusted third-party services we use to operate Last Horizon Tattoo, including GetInk, Stabpad, Google and MailerLite.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure and limit access to information where appropriate.
Some of the services we use may process or store information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal information is transferred internationally, the relevant service providers are required to use appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing our services, maintaining appropriate business and consent records, complying with legal or regulatory requirements and dealing with potential disputes or legal claims.
Different types of information may need to be kept for different periods. Consent forms and appointment records may be retained where necessary to maintain an appropriate record of the tattoo service provided.
Where personal information is no longer reasonably required, it will be securely deleted or disposed of where practicable.
